All booked trips will require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due the day of the trip. Your guide is NOT reserved until your deposit is paid.
Cancellations due to weather is DETERMINED BY YOUR GUIDE, and can be rescheduled with the guide’s approval with no loss of deposit.
Cancellations, by the customer, less than seven days prior to the date of the trip will be responsible for the full price of the trip in order to cover the guide’s lost day. Only TWGS GUIDES have the right to approve rescheduled trips less than seven days prior to the trip without full trip payment.
Cancellations, by the customer, prior to seven days from the trip will forfeit the deposit in order to cover the guide’s lost day. Only TWGS GUIDES have the right to approve rescheduled trips seven days prior to the trip without forfeiting the deposit.
Cancellations by Trophy Water Guide Svc. will result in a total refund of the deposit to the customer.
Customers will be contacted the day prior to the trip by your guide for final confirmation and trip plans. Customers are encouraged to contact the shop or their guide anytime to check on their trip concerning gear, conditions, etc.
